Jason Wilterdink – Owner, Lead Instructor

Jason started the parent company to PPTS and LETS on November 10th 1997 and is the owner of this company today.

Jason has degrees in Police Science and as an Emergency Medical Technician. He has full time Law Enforcement experience in the state of Wisconsin since November 1998. Jason has experience in a hostile international community as he served as a CIVPOL (CIVilian POLice) Officer in Liberia – West Africa for a one year mission. Jason Continues to work in the State of Wisconsin as a Police Officer for a medium sized police department.

Jason holds instructor certifications from the State of WI Law Enforcement Standards Board in Defense And Arrest Tactics, Firearms, and Vehicle Contacts. Jason is certified with Blauer Tactical Systems as a S.P.E.A.R. coach / instructor as well as P.D.R. coach / instructor. Jason holds a LFI-I certificate. Jason has an extensive training record and has successfully completed numerous courses of instruction enabling him to pass on the highest quality of learning material.

Nick Place – Lead Instructor

Nick Place is a Sworn and certified Police Officer in the State of Wisconsin and works for a small LE agency. He is a DRE (Drug Recognition Expert). Nick is a lead Instructor and certified PDR coach. Nick has completed numerous and on going courses of instruction in several areas of interest to PPTS including WMDs.

Pete Forbes - Assistant Instructor

Pete Forbes is a Sworn and Certified Law Enforcement Officer in the State of WI working for a Sheriffs Department in the north west part of the state. Pete has completed numerous courses of instruction on the use of deadly force and has experience as a certified firearms instructor with some of the most recognized firearms schools in the United States. Pete has experience in boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Pete holds a LFI-I, LFI-II certificate. Pete further diversifies the PPTS instructor staff.
